Still pissing down this morning.
Haha Jim, I spent yesterday arvo playing plumber. It looks like I may have finally got the main shower to stop dripping. New stainless seats and washers looks like a winner. |

Jeff!
Azzy, it's the tub/shower mixer valve in our 2nd bathroom. Bought a replacement part for the mixer valve cartridge that was obsolete, based on the manufacturer's guidance. It's not a proper replacement for a few reasons. Grrrr. So, I think the solution is to replace the entire tub/shower fixture (entire assembly). Not thrilled.

I loved the 80's.
Freaking awesome day! My last couple of runs were amazing. Second to last ride up, got hit on by my co-rider. And yes, in his twenties. Kinda cute though. Saw a gal in a green bra skiing, a couple shirtless dudes, a woman with a pink boa and sequined jacket, two guys in suit jackets, and I got hit on by a cute twenty something year old snowboarder. He asked if I was coming up next weekend. I call it a good day!
