We're on the supershuttle to the airport. I guess we're stuck going back to DC.

I was explicitly told earlier that pants were not optional

Back home now, nearly 2:30am. Fun night. My toes are tingly.

My wife just showed my the link to a house about one mile south of us. It is on 113 acres! The house is over 4200 sq feet. All for just under 2 million. It only has a two car garage so I don't want it.

That is also a LOT of grass to mow.

You could build a 112 acre garage!

Looked at a house I should have bought instead of this one. It was a two story and not very wheelchair friendly, But was on a huge lot. Could have bought it. Parcelled it into 3 lots. Sold the lot on one side for someone to build a house. Used that money to build a fully accessible home. Then bulldozed the older house and sold the lot for someone to build on. Whoever bought it there are three new houses on those lots now.

There was also a house in a real expensive area for a great price because it needed some updating. It was $80K. My relator and family talked me out of it. it just needed some carpet, tile, and paint. 7 years later it sold for $320K!

Hindsight is 20/20,,,
