Hands down the wife.

After all those miles (ON THE ELKY!) it has been on a flatbed a few times. Like the wife both have gone up in value! The wife much more so.

I just got this via email. It has nothing to do with my previous post.

That brings up one of my pet peeves!!! Why does everyone screw with the wheels on cars?!? I was recently looking at pickups and SUVs, and it seems like the norm these days is an ugly set of aftermarket 22" rims. Totally ruins a 4wd vehicle IMHO, and means I'm going to pay less for the stupid thing, so I can afford a set if OEM takeoffs. I just don't get it... Most manufacturers are making pretty damn nice stock alloys these days.

Well it seems that I may have found a realtor I can deal with who wants to work. It was a referral from my guy in Tucson, imagine that.

Cool.

It seems like most relators work HARD at getting your signature on the contract. Then the works slacks off until they get the check. Then you are old business and of no value to them.

Rick.... Got my new boots today, you wanna borrow them to stomp a puddle in somebody's chest to make an example?

They need the new worn off of them.

Sid my thing with cowboy boots is to threaten to kick someone in the teeth, and when they laugh and say yeah right I snap my foot right in their face.

Then I usually limp away when they aren't looking

As long as they don't see it, you still look tough. .

Went for a little spin in an '11 Camaro RS. The ford dealer came and picked up the ST to detail it and left the used chebby with us. All I can say about it is... meh. It feels like being in a cave to drive it, the interior isn't that great, and it was just bland. It made a lot of noise, but really wasn't that fast. The focus is more of a kick in the pants to drive, and I'd wager faster around a track.

They are predicting a 40°C day here today. It's only October!
Started pulling the motor out last night so I can do the chains, tensioners and clutch. Not looking forward to the heat in a tin shed.
