That and the damn cheapo independence ammo was all over the place.....some rounds were crazy hot, others wouldn't freaking cycle the bolt...

Yeah, as a private citizen you are not allowed to have 41mm grenades, but you can have 37mm flairs and you can reload them just like a shotgun shell
