That sounds like a plan but I would probably be an anticlimax. I'm just a bit of a wally, nothing special.

The land of Oz is one of the places my wife and I want to visit sometime.

Good morning folks. Hump day again.

And it looks like we will close a little early today and forget to come in on Friday. These long two and a half day work weeks are great!

Now I just need to find a big long buffet and a fancy party.

Is that an invitation? My goal is to get scuba certified by the end of the year...

You can tell a holiday is approaching. This place is gone off with tender fruit stuck in lawn furniture and lemon squeezing! I can't keep up with you people.

A trip to Oz? Yes, a must do along with New Zealand and I have never been to either. I am an avid scuba diver but the GBR is cause for some caution. I worry more about tiny paralyzing box jellies you can't see than large sharks and eels you can see.

Tweeze if you are serious about getting scuba certified I know a guy. He works out of Ventura and I got my Advanced cert. with him. He often schedules dive trips in exotic locations and can get you certified either locally or in a warm water destination trip.

Ya, the whole everything in OZ wants to kill you is kind of a turnoff. I hear for reef diving that Roatan off the coast of Honduras is incredible, and less deadly critters down there....

And ya we've been talking about getting her cert done. She should be able to knock it out no problem there in PHX and then go anywhere to dive. I need to loan her my book so she can get a headstart on the reading, even though the book work is pretty damn simple. It wouldn't hurt me to brush up on my dive tables though... Its been almost 2yrs since I've donned a wet suit when I finished my AOW/Rescue...

Well, you are just inviting me everywhere, Sidney. Be careful. I might take you up on it.

It's my Mom's cat, sits on her lap, etc...Just hisses at and runs from me so not very emotionally invested. If we get another cat, it is getting toilet trained so we don't have a litter box.

Had last visit from home health care today! Just to make sure I can clean and re-bandage my foot myself.

Also got a call from my boss's boss asking me to start working on a new big project.

Drivin the GTS around, gettin groceries, waterin the grass, no home health care, workin on a project, lookin like thangs are slowly gettin back to Nermal round here.

Richard, sad for your Mum about the cat. But oh well.

Great news on the new project, know how that feels.

Last call from the home health car, jeez, it will be so lonely without them now.

Great to see your finally able to get back to normal, well if you could call Oklahoma City living normal!!!

Just getting ready to think about going somewhere for dinner so I don't have to cook (feeling lazy on the start of the extra extra long weekend) and the thunder and lightning is starting, ho hum. maybe we are having toast!!

I would say it's about time, but that ain't true. It is overdue!

Glad to hear you are almost a normal person. Of course I have not been a normal person for a long time, and proud of it.
