Went in for my monthly eye study exam this morning, got my eyes dilated around 10am. They put 3 different drops in now it's 5pm and I still got huge pupils and can hardly focus. Good thing I know what keys make the text huge on my browser.

Get paid for the study with $25 Walmart gift cards. Told them I had me enough of them Walmart gift cards ta get me a big screen Tee Vee.

I use "piss off", same as sod off. English term not really used in America.

I always figure it is far better to be pissed off than pissed on.

I suppose you're sorta right Richard. If we did have plans in place then they would be slightly off track. Seeing that we're making it up as we go, it's just another spontaneous event.

Had a call from the shop and they found another couple of issues during the routine service. A grease nipple has broken off the drive shaft and needs replacing so they can grease it, and the steering rack is leaking a little and needs new clamps on the boot ends. Oh, and it needs new wiper blades. It'll be ready to pick up this arvo. We decided to hang out with an old airforce mate tomorrow at the markets, so we're here for another day.

You got the expression understood Dave.

Good service writer can make all the difference on both sides of the repair experience.

It's been all sunny since getting eyes dilated, can't see worth a toot outside, even with dark glasses.
