I've shaved with a fancy 'custom' damascus hunting knife before. I was lending a hand to a buddy who's a pretty big time pro photographer. he was doing a 'serengeti/safari' them with some whiny pretty boy model. Came time for a shaving shot with the knife and my buddy and the pretty boy were calling over one of the 'assistants' to pre shave his face. I asked WTF. They said, 'well, he can't shave with that'. Used a leather rifle sling to strop it real quick and went to work shaving....pretty boy had to actually shave with it after that

I've got a gallon of the REAL Round-Up from the 70's. My Dad got it to use in our garden. It's for real farming. Put just 1/2 tsp. in a 5 gallon spayer of water and sprayed sidewalk and driveway cracks. Three days later it rained. Not only did everything growing up thru the cracks die, everything within a foot of where the cracks met the yard turned to dirt the rest of the summer. You gotta dilute it to dilute it. This gallon is going to last longer than I am.

The stuff we got in 20L drums when I was in the airforce was a lot more potent than what you get at the hardware. That 5hit was like Agent Orange. Nothing would grow into where you sprayed for six months. With this stuff from the hardware, I've got to hit the weeds every couple of months.

I really need some of the death from above, total scorched earth, let god sort them out kind of weed killer but I can only get my hands on the regular, useless after a week kind of crap. I kind of mix my own, I use roundup, and add dot 3 to it.

My father in law worked for the local electrical utility. He had some spray they used at the transformer pads. It was some bad pookie stuff. He used some of it on a small spot of my wife's front yard to kill a small elm tree. I could not get grass to grow there. I had to remove a layer of dirt and replace that with new dirt and put down sod.

Good morning folks.

I just finished weeding the back yard, which hasn't been touched since our last work-cation in March. Death from above sounds awfully good to me.

Jim, I am surprised anything is growing in the drought out there.

Spent the afternoon pressure washing the driveway. No weeding for me know this time of year. Allergies would kill me.

Spent the day at the range with Beth. Clay pigeons at 150M vaporize when you hit them with some large caliber high speed stuff. Beth was having fun chasing a tennis ball down the range with the AR. Good times

Pete, I am assuming you checked all the grounds? (and not the ground under the grass)

I took my ar out as well. Decided I needed an h2 buffer instead of an h..... shop didn't have an h2 so I bought another h, broke out the punches and played musical buffer weights and wound up with an h2.

She ran beautifully with every kind of ammo I could find from hour 75gr bthp to cheap wolf
