That is what I did was look up the term in the urban dictionary.
I agree Sid, who even thought it up? And if at anytime in my life any group suggested I needed to participate in something like that I would RUN for the door while calling them many unpleasant names.

If I remember correctly, in grade school, you would reach behind yourself between your legs and the person behind you would grasp that hand then reach reach behind themselves with their free hand making a chain. It kept you bent over and never took very many steps before everyone either let go or fell over.
