I also discovered how to make Mrs Carrera squeal with joy and delight.
The condo we are in for the week is amazing and really cool. ![]() This is in the condo in a closet. We can do laundry without going anywhere. ![]() Full kitchen, living room big screen king size bead. It is NICE.

Well the road up Mt. Washington was closed to car traffic when we got there because of a bicycle event ( the nerve) so Glen and I decided to join the Hells Angles instead
![]() Then we rode around aimlessly and stopped for lunch. Thanks again Glen but next time your money's no good in these parts ......ya hear? Then we headed back to our place for a bit. ![]() Great meeting the two of you and hope to catch up with you again before you head back.

Well the club has moved into a part of the 21st century. When I turned on the tv it has the schedule for the day scrolling and the show about the new 911. Basically a 30 minute commercial about how cool the new 911 is. The scrolling schedule is nice. I have not tried to see what else we get.
We did make a stop at a grocery store. Man they are IPA crazy here. Tons of IPA beer. Lots of beer with fruit (yuck) and off the wall stuff. I settled in on a 12 pack of Sam Adams varieties with only two IPAs. Good stuff.

12 hours into LeMans. Looks like it's not the Germans year. Porsche had one car trading the lead with Toyota, other p1 car is way back after hours in the pit. One of the GTE cars blew a motor hours ago, other is leading class. Audi hasn't been competitive since the start.

Hey Pete, it was really great meeting up with you and Ellen. We really appreciated the personal tour guide services. Those were great roads.
Here at the resort they are ready for you. ![]() I don't ever want to use one of those on a vacation. !!! Like I said if you guys ever come through the Oklahoma area you have a room ready at our house. That goes for you too Paul um er Seakhawk.

But it looks like it's going to be tough for the #2 919 to beat both of the two Toyotas. Still, the top 3 are just separated by a few seconds and anything can happen in 6 hours.

Top 3 are only 45 seconds apart including Porsche #2 919 in 3rd. Only 12 seconds behind the 2nd place toyota. The #1 919 is 39 laps down. Little over 5 hours to go.

Enjoying the pics Glen and Pete. The roof on the house is not too bad. It'd take a bit of effort from mother nature to bugger a zinc steel cliplock sheet. Although we did get a bit of water dripping down the lounge room ceiling fan. Gunna have to keep an eye on that. I did discover today that a heap of water got into my shed. Got a heap of Porsche parts that are rather wet. Getting ready today for this years retirement training. Popped a little fire water into the old bus.

Wow Jeff, that is expensive gas. I guess you gotta pay for the great politicians that are almost as stupid as our politicians in DC.
This year gas on my trip has been tons cheaper than a few years ago, about 1/2 the cost from 2014 going to California. Even up in Jay Peak remote areas, under $2.30 per gallon for regular. I slept in until 7:30 up to snarf down some food and I am off to was my bug encrusted car. Parade registration begins at 9:00 and there is always a LONG line to do anything. I go in to register at 10:30 and skip the stupid lines. The only reason to get there early is to reserve a table close to the front and sit with your friends. I prefer to sit with someone I can meet and make a new friend. And no more Lemans talk! I have not gotten to see the F1 races or Lemans. It is all recorded at home. I will have twp F1 races and the Le Mans coverage to catch up on.

Only 77°F now, supposed to only get to 93°F today. Rained a little last night, but not much.
Think I need to get out the sprinklers and soak the yard real good for the trees sake.
