Styx was one of the concerts I went to back in the day.

Along with, Journey, Toto, Yes, Poco, ZZTop, Willie Nelson, Jethro Tull, America, Alice Cooper, Grand Funk Railroad, Maynard Ferguson, Dizzy Gillespie, Amy Grant, 38 Special, Jefferson Starship and more I don't remember. Basically, if they had a concert in OKC while I was in HS and college I went to see them.

Oh yeah, missed Jackson Brown cause it snowed a foot that day.

G'day all

The three day music festival out the back of nowhere has been a hoot. Only one act gave a dismal performance, best described as a cacophony. Absolute shame it was the headline act.

The interwebs is pretty much buggered out here, and during the festival the mobile network completely shutdown.

Resting up yesterday and today and taking in the serenity of the outback before the 1200km dirt road drive back home tomorrow.

I am pretty sure that is a crime!

I am getting back in mine on Sunday for the local autocross. It is gonna be a HOT time at the track.

It is a pristine and clean right now, and the tires are all smooth again. I NEED to scrape a thin layer off the tread to roughen it up.

Drive your Porsche!

TGIF all.

And the humans do all the hunting and gathering of food, provide heated and air conditioned shelter, with a soft bed and snacks with free medical care. Dogs are the ultimate parasite on humans. All they have to do is wag their tail and act like dogs to get us to love them.

It was an expensive trade off, but Penny used to go out, no matter the weather, and bring in my newspaper.

Pepper is learning to be a doorbell, and intruder alert. Currently its more excitement to see new people than it is protection.

Camber would go off when a car parked at a house across the street. Think her idea of her territory was much larger than what my legal rights cover.

I couldn't explain it, because I have never done it. We've had dogs for 30 years now, and train them to go in the woods.

I advised my wife at the beginning of nice weather that this is "The Summer of No Underwear!" for me.

She was not amused, as usual.

I started the process today to get the boys snipped. Insurance covers 100 percent so I don't have any argument about cost.

Yes, I've read the Pelican threads on the procedure.

One of my friends had the operation. When he went back in to double check there were still swimmers. Back to the OR and round two of snip snip. Back to double check, still had swimmers. Third time was the charm.

Be sure to have a test done before you assume all is "fixed."

Hey Pete, how is the 911 doing? Can you fix the current fender or is just it replacement time?
