It is Monday, byut the weather looks amazing. With a high of mid 70s I will take it. Of course I am sitting inside with my computer and mouse.

My leg is feeling better but my hands are hurting around the thump area from gripping the pickax.

Without a doubt the worst is the sore abdominal muscles. That are the muscles needs to squeeze out a fart. Life really sucks when it hurts to fart! Of course when all I really have to complain about is sore muscles from squeezing out a fart I guess I am doing better that 99.9% of the population of the world.

So good Monday to all y'all.

How's this for hotel laundry;
1x jeans
6x t-shirts
6x reg grundies
6x happy sock (pairs)
2x snot rags

Any guesses on the price (washed and folded).

Got the routine going;
Commute 40min
Work 10hrs
Commute 40min
Dinner/progress meeting 2hrs
Nightcap/planning meeting 1hr
Sleep
Repeat

I'm a bit knackered.

$105 bucks average for hotel laundry.

Some hotels have coin ops you can use that are much cheaper if you do it yourself.

Find a local cleaners and they will do it for $5 a pound or less. Some will even pick up/drop off for not much more.

They say it is usually cheaper to buy new clothes than use a hotel laundry service.

Close (still a bit south of the mark).

Haven't got time to dick around with laundry and it's on the company dollar anyway, so it's care factor zero.

One of the other guys said the same about cheaper to buy new clothes just the other evening.

I've never stayed in a hotel long enough to need laundry done so I have NO clue on the price.

Hope you feel better Glen.

I was scheduled for 12days away, it's been six so far and I think I have at least twelve to go.

That's exactly why they get by with charging so much. My estimate was based on $5 per item. They say from $3 to $7.

Have a friend that travelled a lot and did about all the options. Bought clothes, used a cleaners, and did his own laundry. Depended on time available.

Last time I went to visit helped him go thru his huge amount of clothes so we could move a dresser into his walk-in closet. He gave 7 big trash bags full of clothes and hangers to the Salvation Army and still had a closet full. Thought I was just going to help him move the dresser.

We did laundry on our trip west. My wife checked as she was getting hotels and half way through the place we stayed was really nice and the laundry was $1 per load. Had to do it ourselves though. Well, she did it and I took the kids for breaky. She doesn't usually do a big breakfast.

Glen, I am a bit sore as well but it is because we were out running in the hills and trees playing airsoft. There are cows where we played. One of the guys complained he slipped in a bovine land mine and another guy and I said that we both knelt in one and another kid said "I laid in it". We told him he won that one. I am not sure how he will get that one clean, it was a full ghillie suit.

Oh, and my daughter played as well. Then had homecoming dance afterwards. Good thing she wore a mask, she had some pretty good welts on her legs.

She cleaned up OK.

Wayne, I wish we were closer. You could give our youngest some drum lessons. (Just watched your vid)

We have a partial set but honestly, it would be cheaper to get a decent electric set for him to start on than finish our set. We have a bass, a couple toms, snare and no stands or cymbals. We do have the high hat stand, no cymbals.

Back in the days before video cameras I shot 16 mm movies for the coach of every play. Just snap to whistle. I went all over Alabama and there are many thousands of football fields there that are cow pastures if anytime it is not game day. I saw one of the running backs get tackled and he slid right through several cow patties. After that he was so slick the other team did not want to tackle him and if they tried he could slip out of the grasp of the tackler. I could hear MOOOOO all game long because the cows were in the field behind us. The had a very nice grandstands and concession area. The school was failing down, but the football field was nice.

Pepper started shaking her head like she had something in her ear. Vet says earfection. Got a cortizone shot and some anti-bacterial, anti-biotic, insecticide goop put in her ear. Ouch, she really whined at the shot, but loved the rubbing of putting in the goop. Said she should stop itching by the end of the day and to bring her back in two weeks to make sure it got it.

My other dogs liked going to the vet. Pepper likes going to the vet right up until you try to take her into the exam room.

Brent- check out Guitar Center for good deals on a. used bits, 2. used electronic kits.
I don't have anything to part with or I'd help you out.

Wifey has chemical burns on her fingers and forearms. yay

She worked Sat. night painting more lines on the factory floor for the GM contract. Sunday morning she asked me how to get the residual paint off her digits and whatnot. I got her the paint thinner and Fast Orange which I have used numerous times without issues. Oops, she apparently had a reaction to it and broke out with welts.

She went to urgent care today and they bandaged her up and called in prescriptions that I lovingly and thoughtfully delivered to her at work.

Maybe but I'll bet he likes the time together and will talk about it for a long time. I see he already has the new driver standard of resting the left arm on the sill down.

I can imagine. My insurance policy says no one under age 30 is to drive my 911 unless they are the authorized mechanic at the repair shop. Since I do most of the work, it is not an issue.

I have let a buddy drive it, and my brother but not many more.

You really need to teach him BOTH HANDS on the steering wheel except to shift.

The Cobra is insured as any other car but not a daily driver. I was under 30 when I bought it.
