morning all. Man do I miss my turbo in the RDX. This car is gutless. On the other hand I now know I don't want one as a replacement car.

Dang, the koi pond pump in the back yard is either dead, or clogged. It will be fun to fix that. Nothing much more fun than sticking my hands in 40 degree water. Fortunately a genius like (me) guy put in the last pump and changing it out now is fairly straightforward. The folks that built the pone, the real professionals made it a two day process to repair. The hard glued the PCV pipe together and made it only possible to fix bu cutting pipe and they left no real room to replace parts. The guy needs a kick to the balls for making it so hard for the next guy to repair. Of course I was the next guy. I put in a quick connect and flexiable piple so nit is fairly easy in warm weather. That water will be cold.

Bet that car isn't as gutless as the Range Rover was. You had to plan for a downhill grade to pass someone going 1 mph slower than you on the highway. And traffic needed to be clear for 1/4 mile to pull out from a side street.

My Ramcharger was that way. 125hp from 1978 in a full sized 4x4. Power off road was fine, but on the road was, well, lacking.

Yea, I had to go to the HR department and talk to the director of employment and slave driving, include forms in triplicate and get them signed and then see the manager to get approval.
The pump is replaced. It was diagnosed as dead. I had the replacement in stock in the storage shed. Complete job done in 30 minutes. All because of my wonderful engineering several pumps ago.

I'm sure there are better models than this bottom of the ladder rental.

Yes, and the brand probably doesn't start with the letter "N".

OK, Nash might not be bad but they don't make anything new.

Oh boy...got eyeballs dialated up and a shot in my good eye. Got my 27in monitor set to 1280x720. May have to think again about upgrading to a 43in monitor.

Just woke up from my shot in the eye nap. Today it was the most painful that shot as ever been, Ouch! Usually do a T3 and sleep 3 or 4 hours after getting home.

First the good news. There was no new bleeding in either eye.
Right eye has gone from 20/20 to 20/30 due to the retina swelling, hence the shot.
Left eye had no swelling but went from 20/40 to 20/60 from cataracts. It has been stable for long enough planning cataract surgery in 8 weeks.

Our company has extensive background checks and a blood and urine test with extensive interviews and sense of humor tests and general political and religious tests to earn a parking spot. Most importantly the title on the car has to be free and clear of liens, and my name is on the title.

My doctor's office did call and said my tests all came back as normal. Likely abby-normal but that is my normal.

the boss called you failed the last background check. I'd go wash his car if I were you.

Are you sure that will not create an instant trip to the HR dept?
