damnit!
hunting, I shoot a doe. I dig around my hunting pack and realized I left my knife at camp!! a bud leans in and loans me his knife. it was a tiny light-saber. I asked him for permission to cut thru the sternum. he nods. I plowed straight up the chest. up the middle!! reach in slice the windpipe/esophagus and kept on going. at camp, I swipe it a couple of times on a diamond honing stick, check the edge and hand it back to him. it was sharper!! forgetting that knife that day was a costly mistake. I just ordered one...damnit. m pics when I get it. total game changer to me, and my first Magnacut knife.

Anytime. It’s very rust resistant as well. Very.

I've been looking at these Tekto D3 knives but they seem to be sold out everywhere. Has anyone owned or tried one?

Did you get your Magnacut knife yet Vash? I am waiting to see what you picked out because I know you have great taste.
I agree, the front portion of my Emerson/Benchmade I found on the Apostle Islands is never sharp because I just cannot do that tanto blade for some reason. |

Found this Benchmade on a walk with the pooch. This is the third knife I’ve found on walks. It’s not the sheath that came with these 375s but, it’s a good fit. Time to clean it up, sharpen and do a paracord wrap. Good bug out zombie knife.

Uh, often finding knives? I'm imagining scenarios that would cause someone to toss a knife. Hmmm, about your neighborhood...my '60's memory of Santa Cruz is of a nice place...

The other was a folding pocket knife. Believe me Paul, If this was blood covered, I'd have turned it in. Wasn't in an area that a scofflaw would try to ditch a knife. We've got an entire ocean and remote mountains for that kind of thing. I think nothing about heading out the door with the dog without locking my front door.. Now that I have this knife, I'll be more safe, LOL.
