From top to bottom
Sourdough white (real sourdough would have been much better, bread makes or breaks a sandwich)
Course ground mustard
Boston lettuce heart
Vidalia onion
EV olive oil & red wine vinegar
S&P
Tomato
Mayo
Smoked ham (could have used one less slice)
Muenster (let it sit out and get to room temp)
Grilled chicken breast
Italian roast beef (could have used more of this)
Red wine vinegar
Salad cucumbers (needed another layer of these)
Mayo
EV olive oil
Sourdough white

That's not a sandwich. That's a Masterpiece!

Grilled Chicken with my new favorite marinade. Try it, you'll thank me.

I've been a Bourbon drinker until recently discovering this.

God I want that right now! And a beer.

Quick cheap lunch that tasted like a $20 entree. Added to my basic version from a while ago.

Gochujang-marinated steak tips (soy, ginger, garlic too) flash sauteed in cast iron over high heat. One of the better ramen noodles, drained, tossed in sesame oil, raw egg yolk, add some of the broth back in.

Steak tips were great, grilled would have been even better though on top of the stove, you can reduce some of the marinade. I added another egg yolk.

Needed some chives or scallions but overall, extremely tasty. If you don't have it, go get some gochujang sauce or paste. Go to a real Asian market for it

What do you use for "better" ramen noodles?

JR

In retrospect, I should have put better in quotes too. Maruchan Yakisoba, spicey beef teriyaki flavor. You get a tray and some dried veggies and a better flavor package than the cellophane noodles but I am sure the noodles are identical. But the packaging is nice.:)

Any fresh ramen, soba or udon would be significantly better of course.

My SIL is having a dark ale with his fish sandwich, my daughter is having a blue cheese burger and dark ale,, my wife is having steak with salad and merlot, and I'm having fish and chips and ice water. All good! PS: if my doctor caught me eating that, she'd give me about 3 minutes to live.

Cheeseburger sliders, salad and shrimp salad. Strange combo but we were clearing out leftovers. Pretty tasty!
