That Paleo burger was terrible....forget the shallots and "smoked Parika"...yech!
I did make a batch of turkey chili that was awesome! Now I'm onto something I've never made...Italian Wedding Soup. Uses this type of pasta, I've never heard of before....

Finally got around to making the Italian Wedding soup. It was awesome! So I made a second batch tonight....
Sorry for the inferior pics......mostly just wanted to post a followup. Important to sprinkle the parm, cheese on the soup before eating...makes a huge difference!

the other day, i had some kids over. they wanted BOXED mac-cheese. wife actually bought two of the blue boxes. (i'll toss them into the "earthquake corner",,next to spam)
i couldnt do it. i forced the kids to eat my own creation. besides the curly noodles that they thought were weird..they loved it. i even snuck in some braised garden tomatos.

Kraft Deluxe is the KING of Mac and Cheese. Paul Bocuse himself couldn't better it.
Not even a Canadian could screw it up, although they try to make it every day. JR |

Can't wait! A group of us are going to get a bushel and sit around it with a grill, fryer and multiple ingredients like butter, bacon, grated parm and various sauces and make the bushel disappear. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Sometimes, but they're not fully cooked. More like 'warmed up'
That was my take on Oysters Kilpatrick. Occasionally I'll do a mornay in the shell, or natural, or with a salsa. Last week I made a bisque, cooked some finely chopped king prawns in the bisque, drizzled it over some fresh oysters, topped them with an aged chedder, then put them under the broiler. That was bloody good!
