I couldn't eat in the ER, they would bring me the food, but I couldn't sit up, was on a gurney, so couldn't raise my back, so only ate the fruit sides . Sadly, since I can't go riding, I'm putting on lbs.

Drove 3 hours from Atlanta to Albany GA for Moderna Vaccine on Thursday. Picked up 4 Chili Cheese dogs from Nu-Way Weiners in Macon for dinner on the way home. Better than the Varsity here in Atlanta IMHO.

Sirloin steak tips in a Korean marinade for a few days, deep fried in ginger almond flour with butter caramelized Thai chili peppers. The sweet and spicy chilies were great with the tips, like super spicy hot candy.

Sautéed cod with a spicy Roma tomato red pepper coulis and avocado cilantro cream sauce dotted with adobo sauce. Yes I should have sieved the avocado cream sauce but time didn't allow. And while you might think there is too much sauce on the plate, it was spotless when done. I love getting ideas while food shopping.
