Wow Tim, that Yak Grill is the tits! Looks like they're sold out for now, maybe I'll pick one up when they're back in stock. Looks like a great addition for backyard entertaining.

Sea Bass marinated in Miso Paste, Soy Sauce, Mirin, Sake and Brown Sugar. Simmered and reduced the marinade into a sauce. A true Restaurant Quality dish!

Skirt steak is half the price of rib eye. It had the same integrated fat. About as expensive as a McD meal.
McCormicks Montreal and butter on that with mayo-honey-sriracha dip.
I'm still not cooking steak right.

I made the same, but used rayu sauce. It didn't seem to have any effect when cooking with it, so I put more on after.

Tonight is a common in season heirloom tomato sandwich, mayo, fresh Jalapeno, fresh ground black pepper, and Mezzetta Jalapeno Peppers, Sliced, Hot, on top of toasted dark rye bread, and accompanyed by any weiss beir.

every veg was fresh picked and then washed and turned into a Veggie Stew. I kinda made it up. I had leftover foccacia I had to eat, so I needed something like this.

Copy cat Ruth's Chris Steakhouse stiffed chicken. Very tasty! Stuffing comprised of cream cheese, Boursin cheese, mozzeralla , pancetta, onion, garlic, spinach and hidden valley ranch seasoning.
