The first superbowl halftime I really remember was Michael Jackson in 1993. Other ones that stand out since than were Gloria Estefan and the Janet Jackson/Timberlake one. Regardless of the controversy of the Janet Jackson one, I remember it being a really, really good show.

I thought it was one of the better ones. The dancers with the lights in their costumes were pretty engaging. Audio sucked, but it always does.
