Let it be hot! I got a drop or two yesterday, just enough to raise the humidity after it quit. Seriously, we got robbed last year, didn't even hit 100 until August. This year looks promising.

Temp dropped from over 100 to 85. DARK clouds, thunder, lightning... and it shot past south west of us. Not a drop here.

But it's much cooler.

Storm just evaporated. We've had drips and drops since 4pm, visible in the pool, but nothing of consequence.

Albuquerque is very nice, dry heat and gets cool in the evening. However, right now we are getting incredible smoke from the Arizona pine fire. Visbility is very reduced, at some point I could not even see the Sandia mountains anymore. And that fire is over hundred miles away .

My pool is around 82, but that's just because I haven't taken the solar blanket off yet.

This has been a great spring IMO. Nice and mild.

Ok, today Denver can match you for dry.

When I looked at the local weather this morning the humidity was @ 8% and temps were in the upper 70's.

I just checked again and the humidity has JUMPed to 11%. When is it no longer a dry heat?

Well, we've still been fairly humid, we just haven't gotten any rain.

Really, dry like you're talking about is more about dew point than humidity.

I usually find that a dew point of 65-70 degrees is the border of where the humidity gets uncomfortable depending upon things like breezes and other conditions. If your dew point is below 60, then you should be pretty comfy. A dew point of 75 sucks.

When the heat index is higher than the actual temp.

Cool Tom, so we should get together sometime soon with James (I know David 125Shifter is in Clearlake not sure on the locations for everyone else). I am in the process of getting my 2year dormant car back together right after I finish up the suspension re-fresh and coilover conversion (seems to be never ending..you know how that goes). Let me know.

It's 96 today but it's only going to be in the mid-60's this weekend... Typical Michigan summer...

I'm re-assembling a 915 transmission on Friday. Bring beer.
