To profiteer off Winkipop's meds, or encourage an $8000 surgery and chemo to treat the cancer of a dog already three years past his expected lifespan,is simply looking for a revenue opportunity.

...Maybe I'm just shooting at the messenger.
our vets, for the last 12 years, are South Asian. they have been awesome, and reasonably priced. sometimes free, i kid you not.
the vet association here lobbied - they did not want their credentials to be recognized in B C Canada. pure greed being the only reason.

The DOG thread

Another weather pounding and Lump not wanting to go out until being forced. Media doing what they do best and pumping this up to be Stormageddon 2017 getting everyone's panties on a wad causing many to do stupid things like its some type of apocalyptic event.

Mum and Lump all geared up.

A friend just got Delilah, a Cane Corso (aka Italian Mastiff). She's the runt of the litter, which doesn't look like a problem to me...

A miniature Tank

If it is actually raining, Bodhi is not going out, but windy and cold does not seem to discourage him much, as long as we are talking about going out the front door, back door not so much. Saw a little skunk this morning, gave the little fella a very wide berth.

Tank is the same. He absolutely HATES the rain. He'll go after a coyote or bobcat like he was saving the world, but a few drops of rain and he puts his head down and heads back to the porch. Funniest thing I've ever seen is my 110 lb wife trying to get him to go outside and pee when it's raining.
