Saved a Yorkie today.
Was on my way to the beer store and saw a little dog running across busy roads. Went on a mission that lasted over a mile before I finally caught the little girl. Took her home and phoned an out of town number that was on the collar and left a message. Watered her and let her have a rest in our dogs kennel. Took her out for a walk and pee break and found her owners frantically looking for her. Lucky day for Lavender the Yorkie (and her owner)... Sorry, should have taken a picture of the little visitor.

I saw this young girl multiple times while in San Juan Del Sur, Nic...and she was never without her best friend.

Location: Placerville, CA.... You know, the only place on Highway 50 between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe the you find signal lights. Above the fog most of the time and I can see the stars of the Milky Way 8 out of 10 nights. Kinda cool.....
