Yes to the hat. I hate seeing hats indoors. Too many phones, keys and glasses cases in my pockets these days to carry a knife. I'm progressive enough to call the "ladies" women.

What's amazing is that (seemingly) none in those groups realizes that they are being treated like retards. I mean, do we meet someone who is Black(or woman, or gay...) and an engineer, and say "Wow. An Engineer, even though you're Black! (or woman, or gay...) We should celebrate your overcoming your obvious deficits to become an engineer. -- How about we dedicate a MONTH to your awesomeness of overcoming that huge deficit."

Maybe we should, if they are too stupid to see the insult.
