Chromovelato is its own thing, but I've done candy apple over copper wheel paint, and it was pretty cool-the Pog in my exercise room....

^ you really need to post some pics. I know that paint job. You are way too modest!!!!

I might hit the Philly show next year. Seems like a fun gig. I missed out on a frame building jig recently. Not next time!

^ The front bb freewheel makes some good memories! (I'm assuming that's what that is..)

For tonight's addition, I submit this:

I squander my life in equal parts, ppot, yt-bike videos, me- building bikes, riding bikes, and now... fixing my cis on my 911, but I digress.

For pet dream is to fly to Lhasa, then casually (casualty?) bike past everest, down to Khatmandu. I think that is over 2 miles downhill. For YT videos, Annapurna, and South America take the cake for awesome views. Transiberia too.

But this Japanese video caught my eye tonight. It's much more approachable, reminds me of a twixt between Appalachia and the Great Divide. Some elements of East and West coast USA in Japanese form. Not nearly as epic as Tibet, but with much better food and polite drivers along the way. I would totally do this with the end of my journey being a "Blue wheel" bike check wherever they are Nevertheless, a well edited video with many little gems along the way.

I wonder how serious was she? Money buys nice things, but was it necessary to buy a DeRosa with what looks like Campy SR yet ride with tennis or running shoes?

Someone’s probably sniffing that seat somewhere. I always really liked the Look kits.

That frame is probably hanging in the garage of one of her houses!

Crazy to think almost none of us wore helmets in the 80’s. I don’t even think amateur road races required it.
