Back to the highway....dumbchits who are clueless when it comes to the concept of traffic FLOW.
Speed up and tailgate - hit the brakes - slow way down - then speed back up and on the bumper of the guy in front. Hit the brakes- slow way down - then speed back up - rinse and repeat.... |
Back to the highway... skaters & bike nazis

Navigating a phone tree while entering all the usual info. last 4 #s of SS, date of birth, etc. etc.
Then you get a person on the phone and they ask for your name and DOB. I guess it is to double check but still - the phone tree already put me in a bad mood. |
TV commercials for law firms telling us how many people they have sued and all the lawsuits they have against corporations.
You know what? People don't like lawsuits - just keep it to yourself, ass wipes. |
Public figures who are asked a question during an interview on TV or media and choose to answer a totally different question having nothing to do with the question they were asked.
|
People who either don't bother with turn signals or choose to put their left signal on to cross traffic after they have stopped so you can't get by them. Too much of a hassle to let your fellow citizens you're making a left and are going to stop all traffic in your lane? I realize its your world and we just live in it.
Mom's in huge SUV's with phones glued to their ear who decide not to wait in the drop off / pick up line at school and just go past a dozen cars in the opposite lane because their kids are special and / or they have a tennis lesson or nail appointment to get to. |
Drivers that think they privileged, and in traffic pass hundreds of cars on the shoulder, or duck in late on an exit ramp.

Heading home there is a merge onto 76 West coming off the Vine St Expressway. Two lanes go into one in order to merge onto 76 west. Its every other car.... why do some people think its okay to jam out the other lane just so they dont have to wait one more space and keep it as an every other car merge? Really? You can't do the right thing and keep it every other car 2 into 1? |
Yesterday after merging on the highway I had a pickup(from an empty 1/8mile back) speed up and dive into the stopped line right in front of us. He was emotionally compelled to take that one more space from somebody else, even if meant taking a big risk. The mindset of a thief.
Then a couple Il homies decided to drive up quick last minute and were not going to bother merging. They were just going to push me out of the way off the road. Nope. I did not move. So they ended up driving on the shoulder a while through the gravel and jetsam until they figured it out. This was all in the space of about 2000 yards. The heat was making everyone a little rude that day. And stupid. Then there was the semi towing a raised bus backwards behind it. The bus had a popped front tire and was dragging sideways across both lanes with a fountain of smoke and sparks behind blocking the entire freeway. Pull over? Pshaa! |
Women with small children who can't take that extra 30 seconds to roll their freaking shopping cart over to the cart corral.
This woman was parked right beside me yesterday as I unloaded my 1 bag and then returned my cart - she unloaded and started heading toward the corral (I thought she was watching me and saw how to do it) - and then she pulled a U turn and pushed her cart up into the landscape island. I pulled out and took this photo before leaving. Breeding sow...... http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1564762309.JPG |

Waiters who take my empty plate while my wife is still eating. One it makes it look like she’s the only one eating and two, I lose my fork so I can’t steal food from her plate.

The dive bombers annoy me too. |
Thread revival! Why is it every car that I would buy on FB Marketplace is for part out only?! And how do they expect to part out a car that nobody else has? I hate the people

People who drive too damn slow!

Driving in stop/go rush hour traffic and then there is an a**wipe that decides to drive on the shoulder. Same thing in a construction zone when one lane is shut down and traffic is forced to merge into one lane. Never fails that someone thinks they can drive on the shoulder to pass a few cars and then jump back into traffic.
Once I was in the stop/go (mostly stop) rush hour traffic in the right lane and I saw in the mirror someone driving up the shoulder. So I moved over onto the shoulder keeping my pace with traffic (and the guy behind me did the same and kept close to me). The shoulder driver decided to move over into the grass to try and get around the both of us. He ended up stuck in the mud. Was great to see. |
