beheading videos

We have discussed this issue (ISIL/ISIS) in PARF for months (before much of the mass murder and executions)..and the factors leading to this for years. Most folks seemed to think these activities were just fine before they started beheading Americans and Brits.

I invite those that are posting in this thread to join the discussion on the topic over there. You would be a welcome new perspective. Some threads there are a waste of your time, but those will be quickly obvious.

Why should nationality make a difference?

I honestly think ISIL would move on to a different tactic if we (including the media) stopped paying so much attention to these.

I'm just not sure if that would be for the better.

Since they are killing everyone who gets in their way or disagrees with them...it seems academic to me. Kill them all and solve the problem. We have been negotiating with terrorists for too long now.

If I were to guess, the move would be toward escalation...mass beheadings, women, children. People like this violate their own standards faster than they can lower them.
