Glad the crazy chick in question is not the one I was thinking/fearing, given the original poster.

I helped a buddy go buy a car from a guy in Thousand Oaks. We rented a trailed.

After a stop in Victorville for 3 transmissions for me to rebuild, we headed to this guys house. My buddy had negotiated for a vehicle. The first sign of trouble, no answer on the phone as we head there. We arrive and drive down the driveway. The guy comes out and basically asks us WTF we are doing driving up his driveway.

My buddy introduces himself and says they talked on the phone about the car. He looks at me and says "Who the 'eff' you are?". I introduce myself and say I have a truck and trailer to help my buddy. Basically, he doesn't remember making a deal or even talking to my buddy. Slowly but surely we get the "tweeker" vibe. We bid fair well and leave.

He then runs after us and starts pounding on my truck as I'm trying to turn around. We skip being "nice" with the trailer and get the hell out of there!

My buddy: Mike aka Dr. Evil...

Do you always ignore the title of the thread, or are you a crazy wimmenz trying to even the score?

Note to self: check the tightness of the anchor bolt nuts holding on the chimney cap / screen. Maybe a little locktite red too - I'm currently dating a redhead!

X+X = nuts, it's just a question of degree.

Not putting miles on your car is like not having sex with your girlfriend, so she'll be more desirable to her next boyfriend.

Yes. He gets more than his share of Drama. Sometimes I think he brings it upon himself. No. I'm sure of it...
