He is my cousin. He was whacked while riding his bike on PCH. Lots of road rash and maybe a broken femur. He went down hard and made some dents. The driver took off but was caught. He is still pissy as usual.

He's a pain in the ass and I hear he may have assault charges against him as he tried to strangle the driver. But I hear there is video. He always rides with a GoPro. Should clear him.

Crappy thing is he just got a new job and his insurance doesn't kick in until 1/1/2015.

Just talked to him. He going into surgery in about a hour. This was his good leg. Road rash all down one side. He's on Demerol. So he wasn't too clear. He was hit from behind and the other driver took off and then came back and tried to blame Joe Bob for the accident.

ahh crap...sorry to hear this. Keep us updated. Terrible it happened during a lapse of insurance, hopefully the driver's insurance takes care of most everything.

Ps. Really weird but just today I was out riding and for the first time trying an action cam - front and then rear mounted. But while riding, in the back of my mind was something about a vid Mike posted last year while he had cam on his bike and some riff with a cop on a motorcycle. Did he have this vid/cam with him?
