I still powder coat some stuff but have gone to PPG epoxy paints on anything that might get chipped, suspension parts, etc, as they can be touched up when chipped and the paint can be sandblasted off and redone. Anyone who has ever tried to strip well-done powder coating off of a part will understand why.
