I’d still like to have a 928, that’s an itch I’ve never scratched. I seriously looked a few times but wasn’t willing to get an automatic, which greatly reduced my options. Driven a couple, cool cars and they sound fantastic.

Thank you Gentlemen. It's nice to have figured out how to monetize being a hyper-visual OCD perfectionist. Terribly fun, I'll say that. Finishing up some aluminum interior pieces for a 1950 Ferrari 195 S tomorrow. Could be the most challenging work I've done in 5 years.

Those pieces deserve to have their pictures taken with a GOOD camera.

Scott, I know! If my second tech had worked out, I would be a photo expert by now. Not looking good for hiring another this week though. I'm delivering them to the shop tomorrow and hoping they will let me take some pics (iPhone) of the car and things they have in-house.

Long day today, got up at 11:45 last night and worked until 7am to finish everything up this morning, then drove to the restoration shop in VT to deliver the goods. They loved everything and I found this nice email getting home:
Shaun, Thanks again for hand delivering those pieces today. I installed them this afternoon and they look amazing! I look forward to seeing the last two pieces next week! Thanks again for all your work the pieces look much better than I ever expected! All the pieces I did are going into this car. The owners (couple) bought the car for $2000 in 1965. It's worth a little more now. ![]() ![]() ![]() Some other cars in their shop showing their work. I'm doing the plating for the Ghibli. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Man that Ghibli is nice but your motor pieces are money. I love the coatings you did especially the upper intake pieces.
Keep up the good work and thanks for bringing us up to date on your very interesting project. Tony |

A 5 speed GTS is a highly sought after and big ticket car especially in that color!
Shaun those are some amazing cars that you are assisting with..wow! That garage is stunning.

+1 That 1950 195 S Ferrari has to be worth many hundreds of dollars more than the owners paid for it in 1965
I don't run into these old Ferrari's often but did see a 1948 166 Barchetta fire up at Pebble Beach in 1995. I have it on tape. Tiny, tiny tiny.

I did this 993 RSR spec engine earlier this year, plating and Cerakote. It's so great to work with people who want something a little extra. Feel like the luckiest man in the world sometimes. ![]() ![]()

They are a restoration shop, don't think they buy and sell. Why not throw it up on BaT? Go visit sometime, definitely worth the drive over.
