I wish the guy all the best but I really dont get the fascination with him. Great college qb on an offense build for him. End of story.

Tebow has a face for TV and talks like he's got an edumacation, so I'd hire him over Johnny Hasbeen if I was ESPN. Otherwise, how are they at parking cars?

You mean beside Tebow?
Has he ever played D1?
The jump from high school to D1 is big
The jump from D1 to professional is huge.
What position does he play,or is trying out for?
Throwing a baseball is way different than a football, and I don't see him as anything other than a pitcher.
Good Luck young man, chase that dream

I'm sure his name would help sell tickets, ML teams wouldn't object. If he didn't make it and the gimmick wore off, then he'd probably be out again, but I'm pretty sure he'd get consideration.

He was projected as a MLB 4-7th round draft pick in High School.

His only chance in baseball would be as a pitcher. Has been away from the batting cages for way to long to succeed as a position player.

If as a pitcher I hope he's a little more accurate. At least he won't have to worry about interceptions.

So much venom in that article.
Why? what did Tim Tebow ever do to that writer?
It's sad that people like that writer have so much hate in their hearts. Long term, it invariably makes for an unhappy life.

Yeah I don't think a batter taking one in the noggin would be an interception, mayyybeee interference, but definitely not an interception.

What is this N-F-L you speak of? Is it like a wrestling league or a video game?

Oh, it is a sports league. Hmmm. Interesting. I thought they canned that series due to bad TV ratings.

Tebow or Maziel? That is right up there with "Would you rather die by fire or drowning?" I chose:

C. None of the above.

Tim Tebow stops warming up to shake autistic fan's hand, follows it up with home run

Raw video: Mother records dramatic interaction between her son and minor league baseball player

Tim Tebow stopped warming up before his at-bat to shake an autistic boy’s hand and followed it up with a monster three-run home run, a new heartwarming video showed.

Tebow, who plays for the St. Lucie Mets, a minor league baseball team affiliated with the New York Mets, was about to take his at-bat on July 29 until a young boy, Seth Bosch - 9 at the time - approached him for a handshake. Tebow stopped and shook Bosch’s hand through the net.

Bosh has high-functioning autism and also suffers from neurofibromatosis according to the Tampa Bay Times. The boy has a difficult time participating in sports.

"When Seth came back to his seat, he was crying," Ileanna Bosch, Seth’s mother, told the newspaper. "And then Tim hit the homer. I started crying, too. How does that happen? I think God brought Seth and Tim together."

Tebow’s three-run homer lifted the St. Lucie Mets to a 10-3 victory over the Charlotte Stone Crabs.

Johnny Manziel on future: If NFL is out, college coaching job may be plan
Scott Gleeson, USA TODAY Sports Published 9:31 a.m. ET Aug. 8, 2017

With no NFL team calling his name, former Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel said he’d consider college coaching in pondering his future.

Speaking at the International Football Betting Conference in Costa Rica, Manziel was asked what his next move would be should the door close on an NFL career.

“I’ve had to ask myself that a little bit as of late over the past year,” Manziel said, “but at the same time, I’d want to be involved in sports in some way, whether it’s coaching, whether it’s doing something like that. So I think that’d be my route.”

Manziel, the 2012 Heisman Trophy winner, said his coaching level preference would be “probably college.” The only notable coaching experience he brings to the table came in February, when he was a coach at an Elite 11 quarterback camp.

The flashes of brilliance that RGIII showed make him much more desirable than Tebow or Manziel.
