No, it was in the Peninsula Center. However, my wife did live in San Pedro ,as did many of my friends. She went to Dodson and graduated from San Pedro High. Don't know how long you've lived in SP, but do you remember Ryp's Cafe on Weymouth, and Pepe's Restaurant on 9th?

There were still three sections of the pier at Haggerty's when I first surfed there, the swim club pool was sea water, and at high tide, there was no beach between the middle and right side lifeguard towers in your picture. Where the houses are atop the bluff, we used to dig up arrowheads and bone fragments from the pre-historic Indian sites that were there. Great place to have a childhood. Thanks for the sweet memories.

Scott, did you graduate from San Predo HS? My cousins lived off Gaffey and all four girls graduated from SP High between 70-76. You might know one of them?
