There seems to be a chronic problem with replacement panels.
I had to split the sill on my outer rockers, then weld them back together with an added 3/16s of width just to get them to line up with the doors.

Certainly the dies used to stamp these parts are well worn by now. Perhaps that's the reason for our fitment woes..............

Surely the tooling has been repopped by now and we're dealing with sub-par copies?? At one point, I thought about grabbing some excess press capacity for Porsche parts; there are a few vcs out there willing to fund such activities.
