How to remove handel trigger 911 '85
going to have handles powder coated... how do I separate the trigger, spring?

I could not get the stud out, how would you remove it? .. i tried using a pliers but didn’t want to strip it. I was able to slide it off without removing the stud.
Will powder coating with the stud attached be an issue?be an issue? |

Normally there's a captive nut on the stud, so it's been replaced. Tape the stud for painting.

The other handle removed didn’t have a stud .. i remember having to loosen 2 nuts. i believe that other stud is still inside the door.

Just slide the hole thing out, looks like this:
