What color is that or is it a primer of some sort?

I got the rear bumper from rennsport (?). It was just a regular yellowbird bumper that we modified to be like the original RUF bumper by putting in the slots and rear reflectors. We also finished the exhaust cut outs.

Between the mods and trying to get this to fit (it was almost a half an inch too wide on both sides and the wheel arch was way off) we have over 20hrs int thr rear bumper. I probably could have bought a real RUF bumper! Oh well live and learn.

Yes, we cut them out with a die grinder and then used a small file to clean it up.
