Did you try Email? Here's the contact info from a previous thread: http://forums.pelicanparts.com/showthread.php?threadid=250277&perpage=20&highlight=917%20and%20shift&pagenumber=1

"There has been a spark of new interest in my 917 replica shift knobs, so I thought it was time for an update. Yes I do still sell them, however they are now sold through my new company (WBS Fabrication and Machine) and because of demand and material price changes I have had to raise the price since last year. They are available in 901, 915 and G-50 shifter configurations and 1.5" or 1.75" diameter sizes. The smaller is the original 917 (38mm) size. The price is $50 + $4 shipping (USPS priority). Please e-mail me off forum if you are interested.

Also, as suggested on that thread, here'a guy who makes and sells from 914club.com: http://www.914club.com/bbs2/index.php?act=ST&f=4&t=19486&

Looks like the 914Club source may be the only one at this point....
