Looks like a regular SC wheel to me. They are all 380mm.

I "thought" RSR steering wheels were Momo Prototipo.

Some else chime in here, I know you will if I am wrong

I think that picture is an SC wheel...I agree the RSR used either a Prototipo...or...I have also seen pics of the older 4 spoke wheels....but that may have been in an RS....

There is no specific 3.0 RSR wheel.
Every RSR had the wheel that was on the shelf at the time put on it. Some had a Prototipo, some had a fat rimmed rim, some (like my mechanic's) had a thin rimmed steering wheel.
Of the Porsche wheels, the correct wheels all had a thick flat steel center like the one on your pictures, not the later model that had a thin stamped sheet as a center. The collapsible hub also had losange openings, not the late VW stamped hubs with round openings.

The RSR wheel legend comes from some unscrupulous sellers (thieves?)who charged obscene amounts for 911S wheels that happened to be fat rimmed, by pretending they were genuine RSR wheels off a car....

As far as I know there has never been a 400mm version of the 3-spoke type steering wheel.

The nearest i can tell the 74/79 911s baring a 3.0 carrera and a turbo had 400mm. The 80/83 sc had a 380mm but it was a cheaper wheel. I found some pics of a rsr that had a wheel similar to mine.

80/83 SC wheel

Well you could make a reasonable facsimile by taking off the back and adding a metal platye to the front. Who would know? Probably what the factory did.
