I modified the driver's side bracket to make it fit. I honestly couldn't figure out a way to accurately measure what I needed so I cut the flange that fits on the air tunnel from the top (near the alternator) to the bottom where it just starts to curve down to vertical.

You can see how far off the hole was for the bolt that threads into the alternator housing.

I welded tabs to the horizontal part of the flange, mounted it on the engine and then used small c-clamps to lock in the vertical position so I could remove it and weld that end of the tabs too.

I still had quite a bit of metal work to do where the housing meets the alternator. It wasn't even close. It is without a doubt the worst after market part I've ever run across.

^^^ Will probably have to go this route, I waited to long to return the part to pelican. In the meantime I'm hoping someone will share a part with a better fit.

I also have made up 3 pax side plates that will fit under the AC bracket for you guys, sorry it took so long. Made from OG 911 block off plate, steel 60mm turndown pipes, high temp JB weld and high temp engine parts spray paint - satin black. 85 + shipping.
