That engine looks to be water cooled... isn't that sort of sacrilege for an early car?

wonder what the cost of an oil and filter change is ?

you know those dealers will rip you off but you cant DIY !

Well, 90.000 litres of lube oil don't come cheap
Luckily, we have purifiers running continuously, so we never change the oil completely - we only add what is actually consumed - app. 50 to 100 litres per 24 hours, depending on how many leakages we have.

On top of that, add 600 to 1.200 litres of cylinder lube oil per 24 hours as well (depending on engine load and sulphur content in the fuel oil).
