Studs on door inner bottom??

This is on my 83 911... Can anybody tell me what the three studs in the interior of the door on the bottom are?? I am assuming they are for mounting of the door pocket. but two of my three on the drivers side are broken and pretty sure the pass side is the same or possibly all broken..They are spread out along the bottom.
They have a small screw next to them and the screw and the stud are both part of a small metal bar that is encapsulated by sheet metal on the inside of the door..
I borrowed this pic from "chiroracer" (I think) I am just going to use sheet metal screws for my pockets..but was just wondering??
Thanks,
Gregg

They are for the small plastic brackets that hold on the door pockets. They are not actually studs...likely broken ff screws. They are screwed into threaded holes...just remove them with a pair of vice grips and use screws the same size for the pockets.

Flintstone has it correct, the metal bar you mention is a semi-floating anchor for the machine screws that hold the plastic hinge of the door pocket. I would definitely try to extract the broken screws and replace with like machine screws. If you cannot extract them with vise-grips, you may try to carefully drill them out or use an extractor. The screws themselves are small, fine thread metric and hopefully, someone can post the exact size.

I just "fixed" this on my SC. Don't remember the size of the machine screw, but I had a good one so took it to the local Lowes and found a match.

A couple of the holes where in bad shape so I used a similar sized self tapping screw.

Thanks folks, I knew someone on here would know this..I have one screw that is broken off and the other holes are pretty mangled..I have not had pockets on for some time and the previous owner/s just did not worry about them apparently..

I am trying to get the interior back to looking good and this is but just one step...lets see carpets. recover sport seats...good thing winter is almost here..

Thanks again,

Gregg
