I thought they only put famous race car drivers signatures on MOMO wheels, is this a first?

And to think I got my Prototipo for $40 used off of Ebay back before these became so popular!

This steering wheel is more of a statement of MOMO's current position than anything regarding Magnus.

... not trying to be a profiteer.... Dude? Good for you, but seriously, you are trying to be a profiteer. I think you bought a bunch of these for 350 and you and your shill are pumping the market full of hype and selling at a huge markup. Stay classy.

Im sure Magnus is a nice guy, but he is definitely lost in his own magnificence
Perhaps a Steve McQueen wannabe??Is he trying his hand at acting??...Sorry Magnus (I do love your cars tho)
If it was signed by Steve McQueen, then you'd have something!!

The "new" prototipio's are over priced, but 750 for these..... As my father would say, 'A fool and his money are soon parted.' I'm confused though, are you selling these at that price point because they are dated 9-15?

If i didnt have a proto now which I cant stand the feel of, I would buy one from his site for 320 just because of how much thicker it is.

The 9-15 is to commemorate the MW crash edition, the video and report highlight his mad skills using the MW MOMO at low speed on public roads;

I used to think this way, but there are so many people on Pelican that either hoard parts as an investment that I don't really worry about it any more. There are so many people with commercial interests waiting to snatch up parts that the good deals are rare these days.

Yep, one of the reason I prefer to trade, and since I do own (and not selling) multiple cars, and change my mind on builds, it makes more sense for me to trade than add to my already extensive collection.

I'm guessing you could drive better without the wheel. It looks like he forgot about the proto and was enjoying the tipo a little too much. Butt you knew that.

Everyone needs to stop being hater haters.

My 2 cents.
There are lots of folks making money in the Porsche field so why does MW draw so much ire?
Is it his look/personal style? He doesn't look like he just walked off a golf course?
I enjoy seeing 'other than' the club set around Porsche's.
He came here with nothing and built a prosperous business, the American dream that still exists.
I admire that.
He went at his hobby with a real passion and carved out a niche.....so much so that Porsche enjoys his company...as they are smart enough to get it.
As to these wheels...that's Capitalism, and, I admire that too.
No one makes anyone buy one, that is a free choice.
I can only assume the personal attacks are jealousy ...or a childish, he looks funny to me.
BTW, he also spends a great deal of money helping to support the guys/gals that build/service/provide parts for our cars and that ensures their survival to some extent.
Don't like it, don't buy it.

Geronimo....were you in the 509th?

Magnus Walker Momo All Black Prototipo

Pretty sad to see all the negatives comments. I would expect that from a vw forum or a honda page filled with teenagers. With all the media attention he gets one would think there would be several pictures or videos floating around of him holding guns to people's heads forcing them to drill out their door handles and to buy his steering wheels with the way some people are acting. Seems pretty simple. If you don't like it don't buy it. Seems like a nice guy to me.

Sam N - you insult a man you (obviously) haven't met and then tell others not to 'introduce' any inference from your behaviour - and call them asinine for doing it.

A true gentleman you are.

If these were that popular, then the numbers are artificially held down for no reason I can understand.
As an enthusiast himself and promoter of the brand, wouldn't MW want more enthusiasts to use his steering wheels ? I would.

Can one of you ask him ?
