I usually just Ignore the old stuff, and im too lazy and dont care to do a search for info that I need. I know on this particular board that all I need to do is just ask, and my question/problem will be answered immediately (or im told where I can find it
).....regardless of wether it was just talked about a few days ago or 2 years ago.I personally like all the chit-chat, and I will not be ashamed to admit that I do it frequently here. I have never seemed to have a problem with anyone here about that before. I have come to know alot of people from this board personally, and have learned alot of knowledge about the 914 here as well. I say just ignore anything that is older that the first page and if you need help or have a question, Just Ask. Toast

Ok kiddies, lets all calm down and play nice. We come here because we have a common interest and there is a lot of knowledge here. I agree that the comment about Milt was not cool, but he is an adult and has viewed his opinion. He also voiced that he is above the childish name throwing and is ready to move on. I think we should and get back to being friends. That being said, who wants to come over and help me change my front oil seal on my oil pump? ..... Anyone??

Gawd, if I can't trash threads and make rude comments anymore - what the hell life do I have left? Technical information, Technical information - we don't need no technical information - we're 914 owners.
I just wanted to be an understudy of Miles & Red-Beard. They are my heros.
They are the Wind Beneath... uhhh Between..My Wings...uhhh Cheeks.

O.K. guy's, call me boring but I had a good time last night searching through old posts. Some were not what I was after but I also found a bunch of other posts that I had interests in, (ie J.P.s box supports) I say don't change a thing, you might throw something away and I will have to ask the same stupid question again!

I definitely wouldn't consider JP's box supports to be useless info.
They look very effective, stable, inexpensive, and they are so simple that there's no way I would have thought of building my own!

What I hate about threads like this is all the characters popping in and out at all different times. Just makes for disjointed, though very complementary, conversation.
