I know this is an old discussion but here's my two cents from Puerto Rico...
There's a bid going on on Ebay (#7997001312) with a pretty good looking "squared out" 914 oil tank. Supposedly holds more oil than the OEM due to the squared corners. I'm seriously debating to get one since OEM tanks are so expensive. It seemed by the description that he had placed plenty of thought into it. Regards,
