Un-Clog Washer Nozzle??
just replaced all of the hoses for the windshield washer in hopes of freeing a clog that prevents the water from getting to the windshield.
it is now obvious that the sprayers are clogged is there an easy way to clean tham out? thanks |

Carefully poke at them with a sewing needle until all the gunk is worked out (probably wax), then flush then with washer fluid.

I used simple green in the nozzle and left it soak for 30 minutes.....then used an air compressor to force air through the nozzles. I shot out a lot of black sludge.....then the washer pump was connected an it works fine....a needle can be used to adjust the spray location on the window.

The L and T-shaped check valves can also go bad, I just had to replace one of mine.
