injectors to dme plugs

hi guys,
i have checked my connection from injectors to dme plugs and here is what i get :
all the pins from the injector plug are having connection with pin 14,15,16,17.33,34 from the dme plug(with plug off from injectors)...i don't think that this should be right ...???

for example measure with a ohmmeter :
-one pin from injector plug having connection with all the pins described (14,15,16,17,33,34) on the dme plug
- other pin from same plug same story and this is on all the injectors plugs

is this right ???

I can vouch for 14 & 15 on 1 terminal of the injectors, and 16 & 17 on the other terminal. But 33 and 34 should be going to the idle air controller.

PS - Still waiting for a pic of the motor with blower attached.

i post it then when you ask...http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-924-944-968-technical-forum/582377-rear-axle-shaft-play.html

now regarding to the wires...i am right when i say that they should not be connecting with each other -right? it should be like you pin 1- to pin 14/15
pin 2- to pin 16/17

and not
pin 1-to pin 14/15/16/17/33/34
pin 2 - to pin14/15/16/17/33/34

just to be clear. do you want me to take off my injector plugs, and test for continuity at the dme plug? or test injector plugs while dme is hooked up? perhaps you could try again and explain exactly what it is that you would like me to do.

smith out.

hi rick,
well i kinda sort it out...
i didn't knew that on all injector wires (just to be clear -only wires from DME PLUG to INJECTOR PLUG- not hooked up) it should be continuity (12v with ignition on) ...i rechecked and with ignition on i get 12v but only with a wire going to ground (battery ground or other ground from the engine - otherwise is continuity between the wires)-it seems that dme its making ground signal when is making pulse to injector (like when i try to crank or when engine is running ) . i didn't knew that and that was what i didn't understood ...but now is clear .
i was confused with this because suddenly i got a really huge fuel consumption (35litre /100km) ...and i thought that my injectors are stuck open resulting that huge consumption.
but i think that the problem is from other side...
could this huge fuel consumption result from a bad fuel pressure regulator?
i have i fuel pressure gouge on my fuel rail and the pressure is 2.5bar ... could i still have a bad FPR even if on idle i have correct fuel pressure ?could the pressure change drastically under load ?
