944 5-speed trans. problem
Which shaft is the 2nd gear synch. ring on. Or what number is it on the drawing. 2nd and 4th are the same and I want to be sure I replace the correct one. Thanks

Do I take it you have a trans apart?
What drawing with numbers are you refering to?

I have the transmission apart. There are parts diagrams on the Pelican Parts Page. The parts diagram is on the left side after I click Pelican Parts and under 924/944/968 is a line for parts diagram.
