Sooooo right parking lights go in and out. not the grounds, cleaned them all. Chasing all kinds of gremlins and its the damn fuse box contacts along with ceramic fuses. Anybody have a safe method of cleaning the contacts in the box.

I'd used a contact cleaner such as Wurth's Kontact OL, along with a gentle scrubber such as a small metal brush or crocus cloth. You do want to get rid of corrosion, but don't want to tear out good metal. I wouldn't clean to the point of bright shiny metal: normal surface oxidation will return anyway. Just to the point of removing crud-level corrosion / oxidization.
Also check the connection of wires to the fuse holders, make sure things are clean and tight. Good luck!
