Francois,

Interested in your fire supression system, with a couple questions:
(1) Size (liters) of the bottle.
(2) Gross weight?
(3) Number of "T"s and Nozzles.
(4) Length of tubing, if included?
(5) Manual or thermal activation?
(6) Pressure gauge?
(7) Manufacturer?

Thanks,
Ed LoPresti

Hi Joe,

What's the saying? "We snooze - we lose!"
It sounds like you have a GREAT purchase there. We were forced into an AFFF system recently for one of the GT cars, and it weighs a METRIC TON compared to the Halon.

Francois,

I'm sorry no one was here to take your telephone call. You don't by any chance have TWO of these, do you?

Best,

No insult intended. I just meant that some people will get very aggresive with buying tactics and you didn't. I have been on line for things on the board and have had people buy stuff from under me. A large section of my car was built from this board. Motors, real RS flares, assorted racing parts etc. I've have has a few disapointments but good for the most part. I'm very exited about the fire system as I'll be running with POC this year. Now I just need a new helmut and a fuel cell

Joe,

Oh the inadequacy of the written word! There is ABSOLUTELY no insult taken. I am genuinely happy that a real racer is getting this, especially for this price. You still have a couple of big dollar items left to aquire there. Best of success with your racing.

Joe,

Why does your car need a fire system and fuel cell this year? Seems like you should be able to run and race as is; unless you are classed much different than I thought.

Francois,
Funds sent. Thanks!

Ryan,
Havent seen you in a while. Hope all is well. I dont need it right now but im thinking safety. Cant put a price on that. I just want to be done with it now that I have some time. I have to figure out how I am going to class my car. I would get my a$$ handed to me in V3. Are you coming out to willow next weekend?

I hear you about safety, that's the same reason a cage & fire system are going into my track car. I'm going to wait until w2w for the fuel cell but that's just a cost decision.

I wish I could make it next weekend. The car still isn't ready but I'm done tearing things up and it's almost time for assembly, which will be the fun & easy part.

Have fun @ Williow, I hope to see you there soon.
