Oh yea. Sweet 750+ HP looking motor, that can make a 930 into what a car it could be, a street and or track monster. 930 project = bad azz. Magnus car & motor = not so much.

I'm betting the 'sale' is actually a case of advertising it on 'P Car market' in order to generate publicity and they are paying the owner. Otherwise why list in such a comparatively new sites when there are far better places for the exposure of a celebrity car.
The seller states it's been with 2 owners since Magnus put it up for auction in 2013. Pretty sure it's been passed around at dealers. Wouldn't be surprised if the seller has a dealers license.

Still my favorite comment so far:

"For me, the 3.2SS MFI powerplant is the centerpiece of the car and is droolworthy all on it's own....... and probably a six figure endeavor unto itself."

Has anyone done the outlaw 986 boxster or cayman? I would love to see what one could do with ridiculous money and time spent.
Now regarding the hairdresser car term. Is there a tampoon dispenser I haven't found? Don't recall starting my old 911 with my D#ck. Does the leather smell of bacon. I just picture the guys saying this as the same guys that were d#cks in HS. Serious self esteem issues. People are so messed up. Flame away.
Personally I like 911 for sale. Not what I would buy for the money but it is different. Bring that anywhere with a sea of Porsche's and guaranteed, it will draw more audience than any stock cars. If that's your thing, that's great. I personally would be the one taking pictures.

I think this car could easily top $400K. There were 24 “R”s made in 67/68, 50 or so “ST”s made between 70-72. This combines both into one package. 1 OF 1!!! Better value than a 73 RS Lightweight as well. And don’t even get me started on that engine.....a curated 3.2!!!!

This icon will be well bought at any price.

Setting at $275k with about 4hrs left. I think the no reserve will easily get another $25k out of the bidders.

each time its sold.... some of the magic Magnus dust wears off. The only time this was well sold is when Magnus sold it. Since then its been a loss each time. Eventually this car will be at the proper market price of $155k-$175k. WTH who thinks this is well bought lol.

^^^Those it’s a steal comments at 275k are downright delusional. I think it was way better sold than bought, even at the loss the seller took. That is the over paid for provenance leaking out, and will probably continue to over time.

I think the auction ended too early, nobody was drunk enough at 12-3pm to bid more. The guy who bid $275k a few days ago may have been praying someone would out bid him so he wasn’t stuck with his mistake.

Totally agree. He’ll be taking a 50k haircut on this in a couple years time.
