Let's be fair here.... while the car might not be to everyone's taste the quality of Freddie's workmanship is known...... the car will sell.

580 people have looked at this thread. 3300 have looked at his ad. I don’t think he’s “ruined” his reputation in any way with his antics. He’s made some impressions but I bet his YouTube video story has tens of thousands of views. And it only takes 1 arse to fill the seat.

He’s affecting future business by acting like a dick. People that can spend 6 figures on having a car built aren’t going to transact with someone that acts like a petulant child at the merest whiff of criticism, regardless of the workmanship.

Don’t care either way tbh. Won’t change my life one little bit since I wasn’t planning on using him for anything before seeing his car.

Freddie's reputation is solid for a reason. I read through the other thread and watched the video he posted:

https://vimeo.com/resonancepro/porsche911

He is obviously someone deserving of admiration and respect, and loves these cars as much (or more than!) the rest of us.

My hat is off to Freddie. I still think the flares on that car need a bit of tweaking, but if anyone can fix them, he can!

Cheers, Freddie!!!

Thanks guys for the complimentary comments. Not looking for admiration or even respect for that matter but very much humbled at the thought. If the sale goes good, I’m sending Alhambra boy and NY kid a lego Porsche so they can make their own design of flares. I’m may have to send them pictured instructions. Any specific color boys.

No, I own a shop and do my own restorations. But I've seen several cars done by Freddie and he's respected by people I respect in the early 911 community.

His paint and body definitely look solid. It’s just design taste that’s really being discussed in this post

I own lots of things you don't know about. I even have some investments in home improvement and could help you out with those cheap, dirty baseboards. Those pictures you posted in the "prices that make me laugh" thread look like someone's about to show up at the door with a free Thanksgiving turkey.
