Quite possibly but my guess is it’s maxed out as it sits and why it’s awkwardly high. Any lower and it rubs. Car would be 100 times better 1/2” to an 1” lower

It just occurred to me what prompted my previous comment and impression that they look “reversed” It’s that funky wheel placement within the arch. It reminds me of when someone puts RS/SC rear flares on a SWB car and don’t adjust the control arms.
